So you thought eloping would be easy! Well these days soon to be weds are spoilt for choice when it comes to spectacular international wedding destinations.

Well move over Jamaica, El Gouna, is fast becoming known as the “Venice of Egypt” and we totally understand why! Only a short flight from Europe and conveniently located approximately 25km from tourist haven Hurghada, El Gouna boasts over 10kms of turquoise waters set against the spectacular Red Sea mountains backdrop, extravagant hotels and luxury yachts. (oh my it's no surprise our couples are eloping!)

So that’s exactly what one of our newly wed couples set out to do which saw the La Cle team collaborating with Matisse events (Lebanon) and jet-setting to Egypt to supply 10 piece London show band, Ipop, for a wedding performance like no other!

With over 1,000 guests to cater for, the chosen venue was a custom made up-build on the lot next to La Maison Bleue - a decadent mansion boasting architectural influences from Italy, Turkey and North Africa. The custom built outdoor wedding space, included an elevated two-floor stage providing the perfect space for Ipop to perform their fully choreographed show that saw the super cool newly weds jumping on stage with the band themselves!
